SRV Group is one of the largest developers of real estate in Finland, Baltic countries and selected areas in Russia. The company was founded in 1987 and has been providing end-to-end solution in real estate development for over 20 years.

In 2009, approximately 54% of company’s operations were connected to business premises construction and around 40% - to housing. On average, the company builds around 70 000 sq. m. of residential premises a year. The revenues of SRV Group in 2009 constituted EUR 385 million.

Approximately 6% of SRV’s net sales are generated by its international projects. SRV’s strategy is to increase the share of its international business constantly and its main focus is directed to Russia.

SRV is an expert company, whose core is comprised of professionals in the areas of development, project management and construction. The Group differs from other construction companies by active and extensive development of innovative concepts.
